Chili It Inc. was started by Louis A. Santillanes in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Being a native New Mexican, he put green chile on everything. After many years he realized there was a need for individual servings of high quality, frozen green chile. With individual servings a person can simply defrost just the amount they need for a sandwich, pizza or burrito without having to defrost a whole bag. After this realization he set out to make this convenience a reality.
