Chicken casserole with Chili It and cheese INGREDIENTS:- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cooked diced chicken
- 2 – 4 (2oz) servings Chili It Green Chile depending on taste
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 4 cups corn chips
PREPARATION: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, heat soup and cheese until well blended. Gradually stir in milk; add chicken, Chili It, and onion. Cook and stir until bubbly. Crush half of the corn chips. Place the crushed corn chips in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour in soup and chicken mixture; top with remaining corn chips. Bake chicken with chile and cheese at 350° for 20 minutes. Chicken chile cheese bake serves 4.
